Claire Ramey
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
Claire and her husband moved to Bozeman in 2018 from a little town in Washington state. She has the same adoration for the outdoors as any other local here in Bozeman and spends lots of time running around the mountains with her two dogs. She's been in the Food Service Industry for more than a decade and loves the people aspect of working at the bakery. When she's not working at the bakery, you'll most likely find her behind a camera working her other job as a professional photographer.

HOPE ROMEO
PASTRY & PREP MANAGER
Hope has lived in Bozeman for a decade and has been working in pastry for almost as long. While attending MSU for Photography, she discovered her true passion for working with food while working as a pastry baker. Over the last ten years, she has honed her craft, exploring not only the pastry arts but also savory cooking, including creating tasting menus. One of Hope’s favorite aspects of working with food is recipe and menu development, where she loves to incorporate seasonal produce and ingredients. When she’s not at work, you can find her hiking with her husband and puppy or snuggled up on the couch with her cats and a good book. Hope also enjoys backpacking, camping, rock climbing, snowboarding, embroidery, and, of course, photography, making good use of her degree.
